When online booking, you'll see that as of Dec 2019 you can now book the following types of appointments:

  • CurlCut Short Hair New Client

  • CurlCut Long Hair New Client

  • CurlCut Short Hair Returning Client

  • CurlCut Long Hair Returning Client

  • Express CurlCut For Existing Clients

  • Hydrate + Style

  • Big Chop

My booking system will have you complete an intake form which helps me gather all the info that I'll need before our in person session. CLICK HERE to see the questions you'll be asked on the intake form.

 

When reserving an appointment, you'll need to have pictures ready of the front/back/side of your hair which you'll upload into my intake form. You'll also be asked about your hair history. 

 

Once your appointment is booked, you'll receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive a confirmation you do not have an appointment booked. If there is an issue with your booking, I'll be in touch within 48 hours.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel, you can use the link provided in your confirmation email. From there you can not only cancel your appointment, but you can also reschedule pending calendar availability.

A credit/debit card must be used to to book an appointment. It will not be charged, except in the event of late cancelation based on the fees listed below.

If you cancel your booked appointment with less than 2 days of notice, you will be charged 35% of your total service fee.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours of notice, you will be charged 100% of your total service fee.

No-show appointments will be charged 100% of your total service fee. You will not be allowed to re-book online.
