FOR existing CLIENTS

WHAT TO EXPECT

Please select this option only if you are an existing client who has visited the salon for a full CurlCut session within the last 4 months. You can receive a maximum of 2 express cuts between full services.

Exclusively for Existing Guests who have received a comprehensive CurlCut service from me in the last 4 months. This service does not include a wash, or styling component. Guest must arrive with hair styled in a “wash and go” set that mirrors the methods used at the salon. Designed for guests who have a strong grasp on at-home styling and care who are looking for a re-shape of their existing haircut. If your hair isn’t styled in this manner, I reserve the right to cancel the service and the fee will not be refunded.

***Beginning January 2025***** I charge a NON-REFUNDABLE $150.00 retainer fee, which is due at the time of your booking. 

You can pay the remainder of your service fee at checkout on the day of your session. If you prefer, you have the option to pay in full when you complete your online booking. 

If you're unable to make your appointment and are scheduled more than 7 days out, you may cancel or reschedule the appointment one time to a future date. If you're canceling or rescheduling within 7 days of your appointment, your retainer will be forfeited and you'll need to complete a new retainer for future appointment requests. If you cancel your appointment with more than 7 days until your session, you will be refunded fully.

Gratuity is included in my pricing. If you’d like to include additional gratuity, there will be an option to do so during the checkout process.

**Please note that while I no longer require vaccination and booster in order to visit, I greatly appreciate if you're able to take a rapid test on the day of your appointment to confirm negative status. This step is to ensure my safety as someone who works with immunocompromised individuals and the elderly. Thank you!
